Recovery Markers Questionnaire

The Recovery Markers Questionnaire (RMQ) is one component of the Recovery Enhancing Environments measure. You can use this tool to take a look at important aspects of your recovery and measure your progress toward achieving a full and satisfying life. Consider sharing the results of your RMQ with your mental health treatment and support team and use it as part of your Person-Centered Planning process. You may want to complete this survey each time you review your Person-Centered Plan with your team.
