Today the Michigan Department of Community Health released a memorandum and final report regarding statewide administration of the Recovery Enhancing Environment (REE-Michigan) measure. The planning and implementation of this quality improvement process was a major undertaking of MDCH in partnership with the Michigan Recovery Council, and was aimed at strengthening the recovery foundation of the Michigan community mental health system.
