Conferences:
- State Anti-Stigma Conference, March 25, 2008: Sponsored by the Michigan Department of Community Health and hosted in Wayne County, the theme of this conference was “Take a Closer Look – See me for who I am.” It was designed to create a statewide coalition to addresss social stigma and realize that stigma is discrimination. Over 500 people in 16 to 18 countries participated.
